If you are looking for something that can give you the feeling that you are driving a rally car , look no more! The new Ford Focus RS is here, with a turbocharged 2.3 liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that sends 350 hp and 350 lb-ft of torque to all four wheels, the RS comes standard with a six speed manual gearbox and a unique torque-vectoring system and if you can find a closed piece of road long enough, it will reach 165 Mph and yet, there is space for 5 people. It has a reasonably sized booth and owning one won’t break the bank.
The first thing to say about the Ford Focus RS is that it is one hell of a performance car, the extra wings on the front and back are designed to keep the car glued to the road , combined with Brembo breaks it gives the car a performance to envy.
The interior of the car is similar to the normal Focus, except you get an extra row of gauges an RS badge on the steering wheel and there is an option to get bucket seats. Soft touch plastic covers most part of the interior and pretty average cubby space. All cars come with Ford Sync 2 entertainment screen which works well enough, an 8 inch touch screen, air conditioning and a sick body kit come as standard.
In the back it is identical to the standard Ford Focus, you get a good amount of head and knee room, thank to the black roof lining it feels a bit dark. It doesn’t do well in the booth department, it loses when compared to it’s rival, the Audi A3 .
